エリアリノベーションの意義
中尾地域での具体的な活動として、Wakka Agriの拠点である「ひがし」を中心に、古民家や蔵など地域資源を店舗・宿・作業所などへと改修・修復・再生するリノベーションを行っています。田舎暮らしや農体験を、建物のみならず、建物だけでなく庭や外構へと拡がる一体感を味わっていただけます。外構や庭は伊那市のランドスケープデザイナーが手がけています。
In the Nakao area, we are engaged in renovation projects centered around “Higashi,” the base of Wakka Agri. These projects involve refurbishing and revitalizing local resources such as traditional houses and storehouses, transforming them into shops, lodgings, and workshops. Our goal is to offer an immersive countryside living and farming experience, not only through the buildings but also through the seamless integration of gardens and outdoor spaces. The landscaping and exterior designs are crafted by a landscape designer from Ina City.
古民家ひがし
築130年の古民家をリノベーションした趣ある建物「ひがし」。宿泊可能な客間は10畳1室、8畳3室の計4室の客間があります。地元で採れた蛇紋岩を使ったかまども設置。ゲストハウスのようにお構いは要らない、古民家への宿泊や自然の中で様々な交流を楽しみたい、という方向けの施設です。
Higashi is a quaint building that was renovated from a 130-year-old traditional Japanese house. There are a total of four guest rooms available for lodging, one with a size of 10 tatami mats and three with a size of 8 tatami mats. There is also a hearth made from locally harvested serpentine. This facility is for those who do not want the hassle of a guesthouse and want to stay in a traditional Japanese house and enjoy various interactions in nature.

古民家ますや食堂野山 / 山肴野蔌
築100年以上の古民家を改修した「ますや」は2024年3月に開店。予約制の本格ジビエ料理「山肴野蔌（サンコウヤソク）」を営んでいます。人気店「ざんざ亭」の“山師料理人”として名高い長谷部シェフによるジビエ･山菜料理のテーマは「Forest Table」。伊那の貴重な滋味、鳥獣や野草を、さまざまな料理で味わえます。
金・土・日曜のは昼は「食堂野山」と名前を変え、定食やカレーが味わえます。
Masuya, a renovated traditional Japanese house built over 100 years ago, opened in March 2024. It operates the authentic wild game restaurant, “Sanko Yasoku”, which requires a reservation. Chef Hasebe, who is famous as a "mountaineering chef" at the popular restaurant Zanza-tei, has a theme of wild game and mountain vegetable cuisine called "Forest Table." You can enjoy the precious flavors of Ina, birds, animals and wild plants in a variety of dishes.
On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant changes its name to “Shokudo Noyama” during the day and serves set meals and curry.

ひがし蔵
古い蔵を改修した「ひがし蔵」は1Fは製粉作業所、2Fは倉庫として使われています。蔵手前の空間は、長い軒と、段差を利活用した庭〜外構エリアで、ちょっとした雑談もできる縁側空間として生まれ変わりました。
The Higashigura was renovated from an old storehouse, with the first floor used as a flour mill and the second floor used as a warehouse. The space in front of the storehouse has been transformed into a veranda where you can chat, taking advantage of the long eaves and steps to create a garden and outdoor area.
